If you really mean "click", then yes, the game only supports keyboard or controller.
If you mean that the game isn't reacting at all, then I'd check if focus got taken away from the window somehow. There's more info in the Readme file if there's any issues with controls.

I downloaded the RTP version but I'm having an issue where when the game starts I can't click on anything in the title screen.
